Satire

Satire is used in my life many different ways. My parents use satire towards me whenever we are discussing school and grades. I also use satire sometimes when i'm helping out a fellow classmate. Alot of times when im on a sports team satire is the only way to get me and the other players to learn how to be the best at what we do. Teachers use satire as a helpful teaching strategy because the students relate to what they are saying and the humor in helps the class understand things better. i think satire makes alot of things less stressful. The President of The United States, Barack Obama, uses satire when talking about the economy during address speeches. The way things are in the U.S., everyone could use a little satire in their lives. Sometimes the only way to get through to people is by including real world experiences or making jokes.
